RÈGLEMENT DU JEU « La Galette de Reines »
Philippe Conticini / Persan & Bellefond

 

Article 1 – ORGANISATEURS

Le jeu est organisé conjointement par :

  • La société Richemont & Jourdier SAS, au capital de 25.000€, immatriculée au RCS Lyon B 921 692 638, ayant son siège au 8, rue Thomassin 69002 Lyon (ci-après « Persan & Bellefond ») ;

  • La société Conticini SAS, au capital de 10.000€, immatriculée au RCS Paris B 752 992 578, ayant son siège au 59, boulevard Camelinat 92230 Gennevilliers (ci-après « Philippe Conticini ») ;

ci-après désignées les « Organisateurs ».

Article 2 - OBJET

Les Organisateurs organisent un jeu promotionnel avec obligation d'achat intitulé « La Galette de Reines » du 6 au 31 janvier 2025 inclus (ci-après « le Jeu »).

Article 3 – PARTICIPATION

Le Jeu est ouvert à toute personne majeure résidant ou non en France, à l'exclusion des salariés des Organisateurs ainsi que de leurs familles. Les participants doivent acheter un produit dans une des boutiques Philippe Conticini participantes à Paris (liste de boutiques participantes en annexe). Toute participation implique l'acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.

Article 4 – MODALITÉS DE PARTICIPATION

During the Game period, three (3) golden tickets will be hidden in orders of "galettes des reines" from Philippe Conticini boutiques. Each customer who finds a golden ticket will be declared a winner. Participation in the Game is limited to one entry per galette purchase.

Article 5 – LOTS

Chaque gagnant remportera une bague en or et diamants de la collection Persan & Bellefond, d'une valeur TTC prix public de 2 450 €. Il y a un total de trois (3) bagues à gagner. Les bagues gagnées ne peuvent être ni échangées contre de l'argent ni remplacées par un autre produit ou service proposé par les Organisateurs.

Article 6 – CONDITIONS D’ATTRIBUTION

Les gagnants devront se présenter avec leur ticket d'or en boutique pour récupérer leur lot et fournir leurs coordonnées complètes pour l'attribution du prix. En cas d'impossibilité de récupérer le lot dans un délai de 15 jours à compter du jour de l’achat de la galette, le lot sera annulé.

Article 7 – RESPONSABILITÉ

Les Organisateurs se réservent le droit d’annuler, écourter ou prolonger le Jeu en cas de force majeure ou pour tout autre motif légitime. Leur responsabilité ne pourra être engagée en cas de dysfonctionnement ou de problème technique affectant la participation.

Article 8 – DONNÉES PERSONNELLES

Les données personnelles collectées dans le cadre du Jeu sont traitées conformément à la réglementation en vigueur sur la protection des données. Elles seront utilisées uniquement pour la gestion du Jeu et ne seront conservées que pour la durée nécessaire à cette finalité.

Article 9 – MODIFICATION DU RÈGLEMENT

Les Organisateurs se réservent le droit de modifier tout ou partie du présent règlement. Toute modification sera publiée par affichage dans les boutiques participantes.

Article 10 – ACCEPTATION DU RÈGLEMENT

La participation au Jeu implique l'acceptation sans réserve du présent règlement, disponible sur demande en boutique.

RULES OF THE GAME “La Galette de Reines”
Philippe Conticini / Persan & Bellefond

Article 1 – ORGANIZERS

The game is jointly organized by:

  • Richemont & Jourdier SAS, with a share capital of €25,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 921 692 638, headquartered at 8, rue Thomassin, 69002 Lyon (hereinafter “Persan & Bellefond”);

  • Conticini SAS, with a share capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 752 992 578, headquartered at 59, boulevard Camelinat, 92230 Gennevilliers (hereinafter “Philippe Conticini”);

hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizers.”

Article 2 - OBJECT

The Organizers are holding a promotional game requiring purchase, entitled “La Galette de Reines,” from January 6 to January 31, 2025 (hereinafter “the Game”).

Article 3 – PARTICIPATION

The Game is open to any adult, whether residing in France or not, excluding employees of the Organizers and their families. Participants must purchase a product at one of the participating Philippe Conticini boutiques in Paris (list of participating boutiques in the annex). Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 4 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

During the Game period, three (3) golden tickets will be hidden in galettes sold at Philippe Conticini boutiques. Each customer who finds a golden ticket will be declared a winner. Participation in the Game is limited to one entry per galette purchase.

Article 5 – PRIZES

Each winner will receive a gold and diamond ring from the Persan & Bellefond collection, with a retail value of €2,450 (including VAT). There are a total of three (3) rings to be won. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other product or service offered by the Organizers.

Article 6 – AWARD CONDITIONS

Winners must present their golden ticket in-store to claim their prize and provide their complete contact information for prize allocation. If the prize is not claimed within 15 days of the galette’s purchase, the prize will be forfeited.

Article 7 – LIABILITY

The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or extend the Game in cases of force majeure or for any other legitimate reason. They shall not be held responsible for any malfunction or technical issues affecting participation.

Article 8 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected during the Game will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. This data will only be used for managing the Game and will be retained only for as long as necessary for this purpose.

Article 9 – AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

The Organizers reserve the right to modify all or part of these rules. Any modifications will be posted in participating boutiques.

Article 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Game implies unconditional acceptance of these rules, which are available upon request in-store.
