Dear friends, I invite you to come and discover and taste the great classics that have marked my career as a pastry chef. 

We will spend 2h30 together to share the Maison's techniques for creating these masterpieces that I have developed throughout my life and that are imbued with my emotions and sensitivity. You will be up close during the creation phase. 

A truly special moment with me and those around me daily, you can ask us all your questions, taste the preparations, and finally enjoy the creations with us! To maintain a real closeness and allow for proper interaction, the number of places is limited to 12.

Payment Information 

Your order is placed and your Masterclass spot is reserved once you have completed the payment. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after your purchase. You then simply need to show up on the chosen date, at 13h, at our Atelier Du Geste à l'Émotion, whose address is mentioned above. Our teams will welcome you there; you just need to state your name at the entrance.

-Select your pastries on our website 

-Choose "Atelier Du Geste à l'Émotion" as the pick-up location 

-Indicate the pick-up time and date identical to your Masterclass
