RULES OF THE GAME “La Galette de Reines”
Philippe Conticini / Persan & Bellefond

Article 1 – ORGANIZERS

The game is jointly organized by:

• Richemont & Jourdier SAS, with a share capital of €25,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 921 692 638, headquartered at 8, rue Thomassin, 69002 Lyon (hereinafter “Persan & Bellefond”);

• Conticini SAS, with a share capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 752 992 578, headquartered at 59, boulevard Camelinat, 92230 Gennevilliers (hereinafter “Philippe Conticini”);

hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizers.”

Article 2 - OBJECT

The Organizers are holding a promotional game requiring purchase, entitled “La Galette de Reines,” from January 6 to January 31, 2025 (hereinafter “the Game”).

Article 3 – PARTICIPATION

The Game is open to any adult, whether residing in France or not, excluding employees of the Organizers and their families. Participants must purchase a product at one of the participating Philippe Conticini boutiques in Paris (list of participating boutiques in the annex). Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 4 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

During the Game period, three (3) golden tickets will be hidden in orders of "galettes des reines" from Philippe Conticini boutiques. Each customer who finds a golden ticket will be declared a winner. Participation in the Game is limited to one entry per galette purchase.

Article 5 – PRIZES

Each winner will receive a gold and diamond ring from the Persan & Bellefond collection, with a retail value of €2,450 (including VAT). There are a total of three (3) rings to be won. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other product or service offered by the Organizers.

Article 6 – AWARD CONDITIONS

Winners must present their golden ticket in-store to claim their prize and provide their complete contact information for prize allocation. If the prize is not claimed within 15 days of the galette’s purchase, the prize will be forfeited.

Article 7 – LIABILITY

The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or extend the Game in cases of force majeure or for any other legitimate reason. They shall not be held responsible for any malfunction or technical issues affecting participation.

Article 8 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected during the Game will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. This data will only be used for managing the Game and will be retained only for as long as necessary for this purpose.

Article 9 – AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

The Organizers reserve the right to modify all or part of these rules. Any modifications will be posted in participating boutiques.

Article 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Game implies unconditional acceptance of these rules, which are available upon request in-store.
